Our Founder

Rachel Cheatham, Ph.D., is the Founder & CEO of Foodscape Group, LLC, a nutrition strategy consultancy designed to help companies, brands, and entrepreneurs conceptualize, develop, and market healthier foods and beverages based on global wellness trends and insights.

Dr. Rachel - as clients typically refer to her - completed her PhD at Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in nutritional biochemistry with a specialization in food and mood. She is now an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tufts teaching food marketing and communications. Prior to leading Foodscape Group LLC, she has been a commercial television producer, Director at the International Food Information Council, and Senior Vice President at Weber Shandwick, a global public relations firm. She is a Professional Member of the Institute of Food Technologists and a member of the American Society of Nutrition and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Dr. Rachel is truly split brain: part science, part marketing.
